All sales are subject to the research-use restrictions outlined in our Terms of Service.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are generally final. Returns may be accepted only in cases where: (a) the wrong product was shipped, (b) the product arrived damaged or compromised, or (c) a verified quality defect exists as evidenced by third-party testing.
Return Window
Eligible return claims must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted. Please contact orders@biosynclabs.to with your order number, photos of any damage, and a description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened vials, lyophilized peptides that have been reconstituted, custom orders, and products stored outside recommended conditions are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, do not discard the original packaging. Photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
