Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Standard shipping (3–7 business days), Priority (2–3 business days), and Overnight options are available at checkout.
Temperature-Sensitive Packaging
Lyophilized peptides and temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with dry ice or cold packs where required. We take all reasonable precautions to maintain product integrity in transit.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship to all 50 US states. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150. Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
International orders ship to select countries. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their country permits importation of research compounds, paying all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. BioSyncLabs is not liable for packages seized by customs.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by BioSyncLabs.
