1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BioSyncLabs website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.

2. Research Use Only

All products are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). They are NOT intended for human or veterinary use, clinical trials, diagnostic procedures, or any in vivo applications. Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and represent a licensed research institution, university, pharmaceutical company, or qualified research professional to purchase from BioSyncLabs. By completing a purchase, you certify that you meet these requirements.

4. Product Information

Product descriptions, purity data, and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are provided for informational purposes only. BioSyncLabs makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of any product for a specific research application.

5. Limitation of Liability

BioSyncLabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Misuse of any product is entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

All transactions are final. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once an order has been confirmed. The sole exception is where BioSyncLabs has made a verified error — including dispatch of an incorrect product, a product that arrived demonstrably damaged in transit, or a confirmed quality defect supported by third-party analytical evidence. In such cases you must contact us at orders@biosynclabs.to within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. Approved remedies are limited to replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
